Why Aikido: I first got interested in Aikido from watching Steven Seagal in all his movies, and then finally meeting him. I decided to look on the internet to find a Aikido Club, and I stumbled upon Abertillery Aikido Club, So I contacted Sensei Jones to ask if I could visit his Dojo. I attended my first Aikido lesson on 24th January 2007, I have never looked back since then. Sensei Jones and his students, 'Andrew, Ian, and Dai' made me feel very welcome. They have been very Patient and Understanding, and I have learned an awful lot from them.

Sensei Jones's instruction of the principles and techniques of Traditional Aikido is very enjoyable and demonstrates the many disciplines of both weapon and non-weapons training.

Ambitions: To continue learning Aikido.
