It is with great personal regret I have to inform you, Mr/Sensei Foster of the Institute of Aikido has passed away. The news was a great shocked to me, and I know many other people will be in the same position. I would like to pass on my sincere condolences to his wife, and all members of his family, friends and his students. He will be sadly missed.
