Please arrive early to help put out the mat.
Late arrival for class is not acceptable. If you know you are going to be late for class, please email or phone the Instructor in advance.
If you are an established student. Please ensure your training Keikogi is in a good state of repair, and washed/ironed for training. Always bring your weapons to every class.
The mat fee per night is £3.00. The first class is free to all beginners.
